The Advanced Management Program (AMP) provides the knowledge and content necessary to develop capabilities, mind-sets and values suited to management activities in modern organizations. It is geared towards developing competencies in line with each functional area (strategy, marketing, sales, finance, people, and operations), and what is more, it offers an integral overview of business activities, based on the adoption of strategic thinking on every organizational level.

A key element to underscore is the project conducted alongside classroom activities over the duration of the course.
