Associate Lecturer in Public International Law and European Union Law. He is also Director of the Postgraduate Course in European Studies at the UOC. He directs the emerging research group on Human Rights, Legal Pluralism and Globalisation. His most noteworthy published works include, as lead author: Derecho internacional público (Public International Law; Huygens Editorial, 2012); in collaboration with J. Bonet, both as lead authors: Los derechos humanos en el siglo XXI: continuidad y cambios (Human Rights in the 21st Century: Continuity and Change; Huygens Editorial, 2008), and, as author: La potestad coercitiva de las organizaciones regionales para el mantenimiento de la paz (The Coercive Power of Regional Organisations in Keeping the Peace; J. M. Bosch Editor, 2005).
