Raquel Xalabarder

Professor of Intellectual Property, UOC. Doctor of Law from the University of Barcelona, she has been Visiting Scholar at Columbia University Law School, New York (2000-2001). Coordinator of the consolidated research group DDI (Internet Law), she has published extensively on copyright, internet law and private international law issues.

Lluc López Vidal

Director of the Master's program in International Relations and Diplomacy. Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences and Administration from the Pompeu Fabra University, Master's in International and Intercultural Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and PhD in International Relations and European Integration for this same university. Among his research topics is the evolution and practice of the concept of humanitarian intervention and the Responsibility to Protect.

Fatiha Serour

Fatiha Serour, an Algerian national, studied at the University of Aberdeen, where she received a Ph.D in Development Strategies for Africa. She also holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Lille, France.[1] Serour has held numerous posts within the United Nations, including as senior adviser in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs and with the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan, UNAMA, and most recently, the United Nations Office for Project Services. She has also held the post of Director of Youth at the Commonwealth Secretariat

Nicolai Due-Gundersen

Middle East Cultural and Political Analyst. PhD Kingston University, London; MA Geneva School of Diplomacy, Switzerland. Political analyst with focus on MENA culture and non-democratic political legitimacy of Arab governments. London-based after 4 years in Jordan.

Miguel Angel Medina Abellán

Doctor in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, Master in European Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges and political scientist from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has extensive teaching, research and practical experience in international relations, in areas such as the European Union, diplomacy, negotiation and foreign policy, international organizations, international law and the Mediterranean. He has worked in different European countries (among others, Belgium, United Kingdom or Turkey) and is specially trained for multicultural work.

Francesc Serra Massansalvador

Lecturer at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB, Spain) since 1996. He has a MBA degree in International Studies from Fundació CIDOB and a PhD degree on International Relations from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB, Spain). He is also a permanent researcher at Institut Universitari d'Estudis Europeus (IUEE), Fundació CIDOB and Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals (IBEI). He is been a visiting researcher at the universities of Buenos Aires (UBA) and General Sarmiento (Argentina, 2006), Bogazici and Marmara, (Istanbul, Turkey, 2009) and at the European Union Center of the University of Miami, (Florida, 2010). He is also the author of the book Rusia, la otra potencia europea (Bellaterra, Barcelona 2005) and editor of Chechenia, rompamos el silencio (Icària, Barcelona 2008).

Anna Ayuso Pozo

Doctor in Public International Law and Master in European Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Senior Researcher for Latin America at CIDOB since 2002, previously coordinator of the International Cooperation Area (1996-2002). Associate Professor of Public International Law since 1998 and member of the DIE-EURJAIDI research team at the UAB. Associate professor at the Barcelona Institute for International Studies (IBEI). Member of the Editorial Board of the CIDOB d'Afers Internacionals Magazine; the Advisory Council of the International Mural Magazine of the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro; Member of the Advisory Council of the Comillas Journal for International Relations. Member of the Scientific Committee of the Reflection Group on Integration and Development in Latin America and Europe (GRIDALE). Research stays at Fundaçao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro; Colegio de México and the Technical Office for Spanish Cooperation in Mexico City; London School of Oriental and African Studies; the "Institute of Development Studies" University of Susex; the Deutches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik in Berlin.

Cristian Giménez Corte

International lawyer and professor of Private International Law at the Facultad de Ciencias Juridicas y Sociales, Universidad Nacional del Litoral, Santa Fe, Argentina. Cristian does research in Private International Law, conflict of laws, international commercial law, public international law, law of international organizations, United Nations law, community law, and regional integration law.

Susanne Gratius

Full-time Lecture (since 2013) at the Autonomous University of Madrid and associated senior researcher at CIDOB, Barcelona. Before, she was Associated Lecture at the Department of International Relations at the Complutense University in Madrid and Researcher at the FRIDE Foundation in Madrid. Her professional career included a broad experience as a researcher in several European think-tanks (GIGA-Hamburg, SWP-Berlin, IRELA-Madrid), teaching commitments in German, English and Spanish at grade and Master courses of public and private Universities, consultancies for the EU, public or international agencies in Germany (GIZ, BMZ, AA, EU-LAC Foundation) and Spain (MAEC, SEGIB).

Carmen Draghici

Dr. Carmen Draghici is Reader in Law and Assistant Dean (Research) at The City Law School, City, University of London, where she joined in 2009. She is also an Academic Fellow of the Inner Temple (2018-2021), a member of the practice-focused Centre for Child and Family Law Reform (since 2010) and a Visiting Professor at the Open University of Catalonia (since 2009). She was formerly a Visiting Fellow at the Harvard Law School¿s Human Rights Program (2015), a Visiting Research Scholar at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University (2012), and a Leverhulme Visiting Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Centre on Human Rights in Conflict, University of East London (2008). Dr. Draghici holds a PhD degree in International Law and Human Rights from the University of Rome `Sapienza' (awarded in 2007).

Iván González Pujol

International Doctorate in Information and Knowledge Society (UOC). He has been a guest researcher at Georgetown University (USA) and Senshu University (Japan). He has assisted in multiple international research, development, and training projects targeting countries in the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. His research focuses on the analysis of the foreign policy of East Asian countries and interdisciplinary approaches to International Relations theories.
